About Kaushik Majumder
Hello ! I am Kaushik Majumder,
I am a Work-Life Freedom coach, dedicated to help working professionals in dealing with their workplace related challenges, with 3 decades of work experience in Information Technology.
My journey as a Work-Life Freedom coach started in 2017. After working for two and a half decades in India and abroad, associated with the world’s leading IT organizations, I took a sabbatical from my professional career and founded S3 Positive, a startup focused on behavioral training for corporate employees.
I believe every individual is unique, and the challenges they face in their workplace are also unique; therefore, they need a specialized approach to deal with those challenges and not a generic one.
Therefore, my objective is to guide working professionals in finding solutions to their workplace challenges at a one-on-one level.
My mission is to create a community of 1,000,000 working professionals helping each other achieve collective growth through collaboration and coordination and attain Work-Life Freedom.
Between 2017 and 2022, I studied the workplace challenges faced by more than 10,000 working professionals and conducted extensive research on the root causes of those challenges, both in India and abroad.
And my research led me believe that it’s the process or rather the lack of it, is the root cause of all the workplace challenges.
I realised that, “Process works People Don’t”.
So far, I have guided 3,000+ working professionals and helped them successfully deal with their workplace challenges.
In 2019, The PROcess PRO, my first book on corporate processes, was launched. In 2021, I was awarded the title of “Top 100 Global Influencers 2021” by Piktale Media.
My Mission - Transformation & Growth -
Working professionals facing workplace challenges cannot talk to their families, as they don’t want to worry them, nor can they share their situations with their colleagues, as that would make them feel vulnerable.
My mission is to create a community of 1 Million Leaders helping each other achieve collective growth through collaboration and attain Work-Life Freedom.
