About the Book -
My aim is to create an environment of collaboration in every organization, where employees take pride in being part of their organizations, management is proud of their organizations’ consistent success, and all stakeholders are proud of their association with the organization. This can only be achieved if an organization has established processes that are efficient, productive, and consistently followed by everyone.
Throughout my career, I was obsessed with processes. I always believed that processes work; people don’t.
However, more often than not, in organizations, process is neglacted many times due to sheer ignorance or in the name of innovation. Creating, implementing, reassessing, and updating those processes are construed as hard work and time-consuming.
In an organization, it’s the processes or the lack of it is the mother of all negativity, insecurity and poor performance.
Long term benefits are compromised for short-term gain.
AND This is precisely why I authored The PROcess PRO.
