My aim is to create an environment of collaboration in every organization, where employees are proud to be part of their organizations, management is proud of their organizations’ consistent success, and all stakeholders are proud of their association with the organization. This can be achieved only if an organization has established processes that are efficient, productive, and consistently followed by all.
In an organization, it’s the processes or the lack of them that is the mother of all negativity, insecurity, and poor performance.
However, more often than not, processes in organizations are neglected, either due to sheer ignorance or in the name of innovation. Creating, implementing, reassessing, and updating these processes are often perceived as hard work and time-consuming.
The PROcess PRO is a 360-degree perspective that includes both employees and management on processes related to 10 areas common across industries. It highlights how periodic reassessment and changes, wherever needed, can bring transparency and efficiency to the system.
